ENVEA has announced that Hycontrol is being renamed to ENVEA following its successful acquisition in 2023.
ENVEA is now the operating name for the Hycontrol business, as part of its wider strategy to take its silo protection and safety systems to new customers and markets across the globe.
By utilising ENVEA’s existing global sales and distributor network, the Hycontrol products will reach a wider customer base, with greater recognition, and complement the existing ENVEA product offering.
Nigel Allen, Managing Director of Hycontrol said, “This is the final milestone in the acquisition process for Hycontrol. It will be a seamless process for customers and enable us to deliver even greater value through the ENVEA name.
“Innovation is still critical to the business, to include software-based solutions to meet the growing needs of the silo protection and safety system market while remaining committed to safety and sustainability.”
The broader reach of ENVEA’s network will mean a highly expanded distribution and level of support, along with a wider portfolio of ambient, emissions and process environmental measuring solutions. It will also enable expansion in exports to a broader range of countries and markets around the world.
