ENVEA to acquire Kenvitech to Expand its Asian Presence
ENVEA, a global leader in environmental management solutions, today announces it has acquired Kenvitech. The financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Kenvitech is one of the oldest and largest environmental monitoring companies in South Korea. The business offers distribution and maintenance servicing capabilities across a range of products including Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Systems (AQMS), Indoor Air Quality Monitoring Systems, Odour Monitoring Systems, and other Gas Emission monitoring systems.
The acquisition of Kenvitech is an important development for ENVEA’s strategy in Asia, substantially expanding its presence and reach in the region.

Kenvitech is ENVEA’s sixth acquisition since Carlyle acquired a majority stake in the business in 2020.
