Role Overview

Droplet Measurement Technologies, a division of ENVEA Global, is looking for a talented and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to manage and improve financial processes while contributing to the overall success of Droplet Measurement Technologies. Reporting to the Finance Director, Americas, you will play a critical part in financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making while fostering your career growth in a supportive, collaborative environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Sales & Market Support:

      • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing.
      • Support sales projects with:
        • Global product introductions.
        • Product training for sales and service teams.
        • Presentations at customer seminars and distributor conferences.
        • Tradeshow, sales meeting, and in-field interaction support.
        • Product selection for complex applications.
        • Communication of R&D developments and forecasting support.
  •  
    • Business Performance & P&L Accountability:

      • Own and manage the P&L.
      • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
      • Track profitability, manage pricing, and optimise product offerings.
  •  
    • Marketing Collaboration:

      • Identify case studies and create promotional content.
      • Lead and support product launches.
      • Develop a global, regional, and local marketing support calendar.
  •  
    • Product Lifecycle Management:

      • Oversee the entire product lifecycle.
      • Manage tasks such as:
        • Updating datasheets and manuals.
        • Setting pricing and ensuring profitability.
        • Coordinating design changes.
        • Managing certifications and obsolescence issues.
        • Maintaining product data in systems like SAGE and Salesforce.

    • Portfolio & Roadmap Development:

      • Create and maintain a product roadmap.
      • Prioritise features based on market research and feedback.
      • Drive product definition, including:
        • Gathering insights from stakeholders.
        • Ensuring compliance with regulations.
        • Leading innovation efforts and beta tests.
        • Developing business plans and managing partnerships.
  •  
    • Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:

      • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
      • Monitor competition and anticipate regulatory changes.
      • Use analytics to track product performance and improve satisfaction.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

 

        • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
        • Experience in managing products from concept to launch.
        • Knowledge of high-level trace gas analysis technologies (preferred).
        • Proficiency in SAGE, MS Office, and Salesforce.
        • Strong project management and communication skills.
        • Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
        • Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.

 

Travel:

 

    • Based on-site in Poissy, Île-de-France, France.
    • Regular international travel (15%) to engage with customers and support initiatives.
