Role Overview:
As the Market Insight Manager at ENVEA Global, you will be responsible for driving innovation and strategic decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and transforming market data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in helping ENVEA sharpen its competitive edge and unlock growth opportunities in the sustainability sector. This role directly supports our mission of minimizing the harmful effects of environmental pollution on living conditions.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Market Research & Data Collection – Lead the collection of global internal and external market data related to our existing markets or the ones which our value proposition can feed. Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to identify business opportunities and risks. Gather insights from key stakeholders, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategies.
- Insight Generation – Analyze complex market data and convert it into actionable insights that drive product innovation and strategic initiatives. Provide recommendations to guide market positioning, customer segmentation, and the development of new products in line with the company’s goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, application management, sales, regulatory and marketing, to align market insights with business objectives. Ensure leadership teams are equipped with relevant insights to support decision-making processes related to resource allocation and investments.
- Trend Monitoring & Reporting – Continuously monitor and report on global environmental trends, regulations, and competitors’ activities. Develop regular reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights and trends to executive leadership and other teams. Stay proactive in identifying shifts in market dynamics that may affect the company’s strategic direction.
- Data Organization & Tools Management – Manage the organization of market intelligence data and maintain tools that facilitate efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ensure data quality and compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Business Planning Cycle Animation – Actively contribute to the annual business planning cycle by providing key insights on market conditions, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Support long-term planning processes by identifying growth areas, market entry strategies, and diversification opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
7+ years of experience in market research, data analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in international B2B technology driven environments.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) and market intelligence platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easily understandable format for non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Passion for sustainability and environmental protection solutions is highly desirable.
