From the 1^st of July 2023 A1-CBISS Limited will be merging with ENVEA UK Limited, after the acquisition of A1-CBISS Limited in September 2021 by the ENVEA Group.

A1-CBISS Limited, located in Tranmere, UK, is a turnkey solution designer and integrator of continuous emission monitoring systems, fixed and portable gas detection products and comprehensive service provider and will now operate under the name of ENVEA UK Limited.

This merger brings together strong and well-respected organisations, which will continue to provide highly complementary products and services under one company name.

The merger is also expected to add significant benefits to our stakeholders by streamlining our product and service offerings under a single brand and building value through long term relationships.

As with all important business decisions we will continue to work closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure the integration process is as smooth and seamless as possible.
