Silo Trend is ENVEA’s cloud-based remote monitoring solution for the SHIELD Lite silo protection system.
It can be easily retrofitted to existing systems. A gateway is simply installed to which up to 16 silo protection systems can be connected. All logged data from the SHIELD Lite system which are linked to the gateway is sent to the cloud. The web-based user interface makes it possible to access and analyze all data from anywhere with a secure internet connection. Additional features such as reporting, setting online alarms and other advanced settings are available. ENVEA Silo Trend as an online solution provides a high level of data security, two-step verification and account management.
The dashboard is designed to be a simple, clear summary only showing alarms which are
currently active.
In an environment where management is constantly over-run with data the dashboard provides a clean, clear focused view of where management need to take critical actions.
With a fitted contents gauge it is possible to generate an overview of all silo stock levels. This simplifies the stock planning, reducing product run-outs and production downtime.
Silo levels can be viewed, globally, regionally, or locally. Password protected and limited supplier access is included to allow the supplier to manage stock replenishment.
Email addresses for different departments can be added to ensure full visibility to include, Production Managert, Health and Safety Representative, purchasing, Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager.
This allows highlighting of specific time and date stamped events to help identify poor delivery driver practices or poor site management practices to assist with auditing purposes and incident investigation.
Any alarm needs to be acknowledged by a nominated responsible person, and a record is available on the reporting feature. This is time and date stamped for auditing purposes along with the count of critical events.
