HOW IT WORKS

Get in Touch: Contact support to start your renewal process. (Tip: Submit your request 3 months before the anniversary date of your original order.)
Confirm Your Order: Place your order after receiving a quotation.
Receive Your New Sensors: Your new Cairsens® sensors, complete with calibration certificates, will be shipped to your chosen address.
Return the Old Sensors: Replace your old Cairsens® with the new ones, and send the used sensors back to ENVEA with a copy of your completed form.
Receive a Credit Note: Once we receive your old sensors, we’ll issue a credit note valid for two years, which you can use for your next renewal.
