- Contract: Full Time/Permanent
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Group HR Director who is based in France, you will coordinate all HR management activities for 3 sites in Germany (around 100 employees). In this role, you will be the main point of contact for managers and employees on all HR issues and act as the interface with the payroll service provider. You will also support the Group HR Director in other HR matters.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Applying Group HR policy within your entities
• Supporting local management teams in applying employment law regulations
• Managing local recruitment
• Developing employees’ skills (training, appraisals, career management)
• Organizing and managing working conditions
• Working with our lawyer to deal with legal and disciplinary issues
• Supervise staff payroll management operations
• Provide the necessary administrative assistance and support (employment contracts, remuneration, career management)
• Update and monitor HR reporting tools
• Participate in various international group projects
Knowledge and Skills:
• Extensive generalist Human Resources Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with payroll rules and an excellent knowledge of employment law.
• A high standard of professional English, enabling you to interact with your manager (who is French) and our foreign subsidiaries.
