If you purchased directly from ENVEA and if you are an AD or a direct-customer who purchased the product(s) directly from ENVEA, please request the RMA from the appropriate customer service representative assigned to your account.

- Select from the menu on the left “ Seek assistance”
- Then select “ Equipment support” in the center of the page
- Complete the form by checking Select the type of request: Return Material Authorization
