Are you passionate about tackling technical challenges, delivering excellent customer service, and making a real impact in the field? At ENVEA, we’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer to join our team in the UK!

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be the face of ENVEA, delivering expert service and support to customers in your allocated region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • On-Site Expertise: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) ENVEA’s state-of-the-art equipment at industrial sites.
  • Customer Training: Help customers maximise the potential of their systems with training on functionality and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and provide clear solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Feedback and Collaboration: Share your field insights with our internal teams to drive product improvements and future innovations.
  • Documentation: Accurately maintain service records and ensure timely completion of reports.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

 

We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer service. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or an industrial environment.
  • Previous field service experience (a plus).
  • Knowledge of gas analysers or particulate emission monitors (advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A full UK driving licence (held for at least three years).
